Do I have to provide my own cleaning products and equipment?

No. We suppy all products and equipment needed for your clean, but if you would like some of your own products used then that is fine.

Do I need to be at home when you clean my house?

Not if you don’t want to be. We operate a secure key holding service meaning we can keep a set of your keys for you enabling us to clean your house even when you’re not in.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have full insurance for £5,000,000 and above.

Will you send the same cleaners each time?

Yes we aim to keep the same cleaners at your home but, on occasion, you may see other cleaners due to holiday or emergency cover.

Do I need to leave instructions for the cleaners each week?

Because on our initial visit we spend time with you understanding your needs, it will not be necessary for you to leave notes each week for the team.  However, it you have something special you would like the clean team to undertake please notify our office and we will add it to the weekly job sheet. If it’s at short notice you are welcome to leave a note for the team, however please consider an exchange of an alternative duty that can wait on that visit should the team need sufficient time.

How do I book a quote?

All you need to do is ring our office or email us and we will arrange a day and time suitable to you, We come to the property, go through everything with you, leave you your quote and if you want to go ahead you just call us or email us.

What if im on holiday when my clean is due & you dont have my key?

You dont have to worry, if we havent got a key then we could take a spare and you know that when you arrive home your house will fully cleaned, we can re-arrange your clean or you can wait until your next scheduled clean.

Do I have to sign a contact?

No, there is no contract. We ask for 48 hrs notice to cancel a clean & one cleans notice to end your service.
